Dyson Air Multiplier Table Fan
I recently bought this at Costco for $188. Yep, if you want to save a little money, that is where you can get a "cheaper" one. I used it for a few weeks and returned it. We have a 2 1/2 year-old daughter so thought that it might be nice to have for her.
The fan works as advertised and it actually pretty cool. However, after a few days, the coolness wears off and you start to notice some of the issues. First off, the fan is a bit louder than you would think for the technology. The air flow is quite good and I found it to reach closer to 8-10' range versus the 3' range all the reviewers who didn't actually buy one of these claim. I do like the fact that you can really dial in the exact amount of air this thing pushes unlike others where you typically have just 2-3 settings. And the oscillating features works as you might expect.
